When requesting a delivery, please ensure that you include your city and post code. We also require a contact telephone number for the day of delivery.
As a general rule we can’t except customer collections due to the production process we dispatching anything up 100 pallets on a daily basis it’s a very busy factory.
Festival Glass has partnered with Pallet ways network who deliver most of our orders under 10 Pallets, anything over and above we use dedicated transport.
Once your order is ready for dispatch
Pallet ways will call to book the delivery in once the details are entered on the system. You will receive an automated email confirming dispatch of the goods and giving you the following details -
- Date Entered
- Tracking ID
- Consignment Number
- Estimated day delivery.
You will then receive consignment updates. You will usually receive 4 emails at each stage of delivery until actual delivery is made. You are also able to track and trace by using your unique tracking ID number on the pallet ways network.
All orders are shipped using an economy service which can take 2-3 days for delivery. All orders will be delivered between9am-5.30pm.
If you would like to add a specific date, an AM or PM delivery or Saturday delivery please notify us upon order of the goods so we can arrange to add this to the order for you.
Delivery charges are calculated per order based on the size of pallet weight and post code.
All goods despatched are palletised and shrink wrapped.
We don’t despatch glass without it been palletised even for smaller orders.
Cost of delivery
We do not "mark-up" shipping costs.
Ordering glassware is usually an industrial sized shipment of multiple boxes palletised.
300 Pieces - ¼ pallet.
600 pieces - ½ pallet.
1200 pieces - 1 full pallet.
