If we’re off, do you want us to go over or under?
Sometimes we damage items during production or packing. Glasses may break in our ovens, when we remove them from machines, or when we pack them.
In order to avoid coming up short on an order, which we don’t want to do, we may go over by 10% or 5%. This is an acceptable industry standard. If you do not want this, you must request ‘no over-run’ on your order. If you do not specify a preference, the default is that this is ok.
Please be aware that, while you are never charged for items broken during shipping, we can’t replace items in smaller quantities. It is therefore a good idea to agree to an over-run so you will have more glasses than you necessarily need.
