Processing your order

• Upon confirmation via web site, email or phone of you requirement confirming your requirements description of product quantity required delivery date delivery address invoice address.
• We will produce a PDF artwork approval form within 7 / 10 days of receipt of artwork or idea of what you require (SEE SEPARATE PDF ARTWORK GUIDELINES)
• You will receive this via email, upon emailed approval we will then prepare films from PDF for printing
• Once production is complete we will contact you to arrange delivery
• Our normal delivery service is within 48 hours of dispatch for next day and timed delivery there will be a surcharge however this will be discussed with you before dispatch.
• Payment is 30 days date of invoice orders under £500 will need to be paid in full before production can commence
