Festival Glass is partnered with the Palletline network, enabling us to distribute our delivers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. We have been dispatching and delivering glassware safely for over 15 years. Please trust we will dispatch your orders in the correct manner that protects your glassware and our reputation.
All our orders big or small will be delivered by pallets. General pallet size information is as follows:
Please note the pallet sizes are different for larger glass types such as Gin and Stemmed glasses. Our sales team can advise if you may have any concerns over storage.
Orders up to 10 pallets will be placed upon a 48-hour service. The delivery window is between 9am-5pm. Deliveries over 10 pallets will use a dedicated transport vehicle. Estimated time of delivery can be requested in the morning by a phone call on the day of delivery. Please contact sales for this information. We cannot provide and estimated time of delivery prior the day of delivery due to routing procedures.
Time deliveries can be arranged on request (i.e. Delivery between 9-10am) for the additional cost of £25.00. This includes AM/ PM, Saturday and Sunday deliveries.
Tail lifts can be arranged if requested. Please let us know if you have any access restrictions so alternative transport can be arranged such as a smaller vehicle (7.5 tonne truck). If a smaller vehicle is required, we will re-quote for delivery.
You can request a call from your delivery driver half an hour before your delivery to help you manage your time efficiently around your delivery.
You can request to be booked in with Palletline when placing your order so that when Palletline have received your pallet the will call you and organise a delivery date that is best for you. This is available at no extra cost.
We can also arrange for your orders to be delivered on a specific date for certain occasions and access to venues. Please let us know if this is required upon placing an order. We can hold stock for you until the required delivery date.
