Please note lead times may fluctuate at busy times of the year and are dependent on glass availability.
The below guide aims to give you an overview of general lead times but for accurate and up to date information please contact a memeber of the sales team.
1 Colour decoration is currently 6 weeks
2-5 colour decoration is approximately 12 weeks

 Lead TimesOur lead time for single colour prints is 4-6 weeks and the lead time for multicolour is 12 weeks. However, it is important to acknowledge that our lead times will vary throughout our busiest periods such as summer. Please note lead time commences after you have responded to us with your approval of the PDF mock-up for your order and payment receipt (if applicable). For orders needed sooner than the lead time quoted please contact sales. All lead times are subject to glass availabilty.

 ToleranceDue to the nature of manufacturing processes items may become damaged during production or delivery and as a result of this Festival Glass exercise a 5-10% tolerance. This is an accepted industry standard and you will be credited for the difference if breakages occur. Please acknowledge that we can’t replace smaller quantities and therefore it is a good idea to purchase more glasses than you require.
